Café Barbera-Zara is a franchised coffee & patisseries shop founded in 1870s by Domenico Barbera, and currently being led by fifth generation of the Barbera family. The franchise has multiple locations across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, where in 2019, Forbes has placed Café Barbera as one of the fastest growing franchises in the Middle East. Café Barbera serves high quality coffee, panini, pizza, pasta, salad, appetizers and pastries, where the concept aims to create a relaxed southern Italian atmosphere in its shops.
